Welcome to a new lesson! Follow these steps:

1) Open your book at page 80. Read the report about PYTHONS attentively. Copy the chart below in your notebook and complete it with the information about pythons. 

( Abre el libro por la página 80 y lee el pequeño artículo acerca de las serpientes pitón. Copia la tabla de abajo en tu cuaderno y complétala con la información del texto.)

IMPORTANT:

PAY ATTENTION TO THESE SENTENCES!!!!!!!! ( Mira cómo se expresa: cuánto tiempo viven, y cómo se expresa el tamaño y el peso) Pythons live for around 30 years. They can be about 10 metres long and they weigh up to 113 kilograms.

2)  Now you're going to write A REPORT ABOUT AN ANIMAL. 
    (Ahora te toca a tí escribir un pequeño artículo acerca de un animal)

You can CHOOSE A (easy) or B (challenging): (Puedes elegir hacer A - más guiado-  o B - más díficil)

       A) Open your workbook at page 53 and do activity 3:  Write a REPORT about THE RAT. Do it in your notebook. Pay attention to your presentation and handwriting

(Abre el workbook por la página 53, vas a escribir un pequeño artículo acerca de LA RATA. Escríbelo en tu cuaderno, no hay mucho sitio en tu workbook. Presta atención a tu presentación y tu letra)

          Use the information in the chart in your workbook are write three parapaphs:

           (Usa la información del recuadro del workbook y escribe tres párrafos)

   * Include: comparatives and superlatives

PARAGRAPH 1: Type of animal. Description of the animal (colour, size etc..)

PARAGRAPH 2: Habitat: where does it live? What does it eat? Lifespan: how long does it live for?

PARAGRAPH 3: Interesting facts: What can these animals do?

Take a photo of your writing activity and send it to my mail.

     B) Think about a MYTHICAL ANIMAL, or an IMAGINARY ANIMAL (you can invent a name) and write a REPORT about this animal.  
(Piensa en un animal mitológico o imaginario - te puedes inventar el nombre- y escribe un artículo acerca de este animal).
Divide your report into 3 paragraphs. (Divide tu artículo en tres parrafos)

PARAGRAPH 1:

Type of animal.

Description of the animal (colour, size etc..)

PARAGRAPH 2:

Habitat: where does it live?

What does it eat?

Lifespan: how long does it live for?

PARAGRAPH 3:

Interesting facts: What can these animals do?

* Include INTERESTING VOCABULARY and COMPARATIVES&SUPERLATIVES.
Pay attetion to your presentation and your handwriting.
